This band has been rocking out to live audiences every year since 2000 and they have had a killer set of shows. During their early career, most years would see them do around 30-120 concerts per year, which is a grueling schedule. But this band always nailed it and gave their fans a lot to rave about.
One of their best shows during this period, according to some live audience members, was a 2003 show in the Netherlands venue, Vera, on Nov. 2 2003. When a packed crowd got to groove to the best songs the band had put together at that point.
During the year 2009, the band had one of their lightest years with only 13 concerts. But the concerts they did have were stellar affairs that ranged across the world. Including an amazing show at the Duo Music Exchange in Tokyo, Japan on February 4, 2009.
One of the arguably strongest live performance years for My Morning Jacket has to be 2011, which saw over 75 concert appearances. Fans will point to shows such as their December 11 show at Orlando’s Hard Rock Live as one of the band’s highlights and an example of the band at their best.
And this year is no different. With a 2022 concert list that, including upcoming concerts at the time of writing, will be a season of 36 appearances. And one of the most popular appearances is their June 21, 2022 event where they played alongside Indigo De Souza at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica in Cleveland, Ohio.
